The contest is organized for the first time in May 2013 in Austria, Finland, Israel, Spain (Barcelona) and Sweden by the Wikimedia movement in cooperation with Europeana. Wikimedia is the movement behind a number of other great free, multilingual projects such as Wikipedia, the online encyclopedia that everybody can contribute to.
